To me, this training is really the underlying essence of martial arts. It creates a powerful body for any martial artist, no matter the art. And it gives those who are in the know a tremendous advantage!!

My epiphany came when I realized what the true meaning of the Yin/Yang symbol was - to be capable of both extremes of super hardness, ie strength, and super softness, ie mobility and internal energy - and how to integrate both forms of training into one complete and holistic system.
